Peach Fest VENDORS 2010

If you would like to be considered as a vendor for Peachfest 2010, please fill in the application form in full and inital all other pages.

Please send your signed copy of all 4 pages of application and any other relevant forms (re: food vendors - Food Safe to Health Board) to:

We will contact those vendors selected for this years festivals.

Canada Revenue Agency has informed us that we must collect 12% HST on all cheques received from vendors after May 1st, 2010.
