RE/MAX Tribute NIGHT at Penticton Peach Festival Celebrates Iconic Bands

Don’t miss the Canadian Tire Mega Motocross final performances and the Havoc Scooter team at the Penticton Peach Festival. You can catch them at 1:15 or 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5 and they are ready to give out a ton of swag to kids and families who are cheering them on the loudest.

It is the last day for the very successful RONA Kids Zone in Gyro Park. Join in the fun from 9 a.m. to noon (click here to see more). There is lots to see and do including yoga, bouncy castles, Mike the Reptile Guy, Faery Dragon Facepainting, Fountain Tire Glitter Tattoos, Silly (from Valley of the Clowns), Kiki the Eco Elf, and Bobby Bovenzi with the Nankama Drummers.

Entertainment in Okanagan Lake Park will set up a great night of music for the RE/MAX Tribute Night. The West Coast Lumberjacks will show off their axe-throwing, chainsaw work and log rolling at noon and 2:30 p.m. We have some great locally grown talent performing with the Black Widow Rope Skippers, Payton Bischoff and the Brother Down Band, 3/4 Crush Band and Castilla School of Irish Dance.

Make sure you are in Okanagan Lake Park at 5:15 p.m. when the Fab Fourever take the stage, featuring Penticton-raised Jody Tennant. Fans of the Eagles will be captivated by Eagle Eyes (performing at 7:30 p.m.). They will be followed by Simply Queen (9:30 p.m.) who guarantee to astonish you with the iconic songs of one of the most legendary rock bands of all-time.

Enjoy the midway rides and games starting at 4 p.m. as Shooting Star Amusements will be set up in Rotary Park, located a short walk from Okanagan Lake Park.
